Horlick Doggie Cookie

I had so much fun making these cookies. Though putting on their "eyes" is very tedious, but the whole process is still enjoyable. I have led many groups of children to do this, and they did it so well. I also love to eat these because I love Horlick and I hardly find a cookie that have Horlick as an ingredient. So go ahead and try it. Of course my recipe is from one of my favourite blog.
