This is another recipe that works well with children. It's easy for mummy to handle and also fun for the kid to participate in the process. My son helps to knead and roll out the cookie, he also tried to make funny faces on his own dough. We had fun + a little mess!
I used chocolate rice and chips to make the animal eyes and nose. Well, the toughest part about making these cookies is putting the "eyes".
This recipe calls for wholemeal flour. I used organic wholemeal flour which is more powdery compared to the Prima one. Not sure if i got the right texture, but it sure taste good. I like it because it's not so sweet. You can enjoy some nice pictures and get the recipe from here.
