Lollipop cookie 1

This is a simple cookie recipe with an added stick so that it became a lollipop cookie.
3 simple steps.
1. Roll the cookie dough into a ball,
2. Insert the stick into the ball of dough (ice-cream sticks, disposable chop sticks or lollipop sticks),
3. Flatten the dough with the back of the bowl or with your palm.

The kids love the new way of eating cookie :)
