Lollipop cookie 2

I made these for a group of graduating students. Cookie in a stick with a personal message.

My initial idea was to make it looked like a real lollipop but I just could not achieve the look, so I settled for this :) The hardest part was inserting the stick, the cookie dough has to be quite thick (about 0.5 inch), otherwise it's was a very easy and sweet project.
